Let Me Help You

I specialize in providing culinary consulting for organizations and communities that require Aboriginal food expertise combined with classical chef mastery:  large game, game birds, small game, fish and seafood, enhanced by native herbs and seasonings, vegetables and wild edibles.

As a professional chef with over 35 years in the business, I offer guidance and leadership to those seeking to develop their cultural and educational programs and business services as well as those seeking to entertain through a highly popular and engaging presentation of food and cooking.
Services

  • Commercial Kitchen Construction and Restaurant Makeovers - Are you building or remodelling a kitchen or restaurant?  My restaurant makeovers are determined by client needs and may include facility upgrades, operations planning, menu design, management and staff training, and marketing. Or if you are starting from ground zero, I can help you plan the building of a new commercial grade kitchen suitable for community use, large volume cooking, or catering.  Read flyer
