Since Cooking With The Wolfman first aired on APTN in 1999, news spread across Canada that First Nations cuisine is dynamic, versatile, wholesome and delicious. In 2001, with the introduction of guests and live music to the third series, hundreds of thousands of people were introduced to First Nation cultures through the entertaining interaction of our guests with host David Wolfman. They experienced the special quality of aboriginal foods and our culture, along with interesting personal stories and shared laughter.

Logo: APTNCooking With The Wolfman remains a deliciously entertaining half-hour television program that presents the harvest of First Nations multicultural and regional cuisine in a fun-filled, informative and engaging manner. Viewers of the program continue be introduced to First Nations languages, traditional foods, storytelling, and shared humour as host Chef Professor David Wolfman prepares appetizing, nutritious meals and take the viewer on a culinary and cultural adventure.
